When will my order ship?
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday typically ship the next day. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will typically ship the following Monday.

What kind of glass is used?
Everything for sale on this website is handmade from borosilicate glass unless otherwise noted.

Do you accept commissions or made-to-order purchases?
No, however, suggestions are welcome and they may end up on site for sale. If something you wanted to see made becomes a reality, we will try to offer it to you before it goes up for public sale.

The item I want says sold out, will you restock?
Maybe... most items are one-of-kind and others are limited-runs. Check back in the future or follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay up-to-date with newly available glass for sale!

Orders and Payment

How do I make an order?
Simply go to www.mbzack.com and find the item or items you would like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. Go to your Cart, click Checkout and enter your information and follow the instructions.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, but only before it's left our shop and shipped. Please, as soon as you can, send an email to mbzack@proton.me to request a change in shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?
Please, as soon as you can, send an email to mbzack@proton.me to request a cancellation of an order. Only orders that have not shipped can be cancelled.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers in Florida will be charged sales tax.

Why was my payment declined?
Your payment could have been declined for several reasons. The most common reason might be that your payment details were entered incorrectly. Be sure to double check your payment details before submitting the order! If you are still experiencing payment problems, please contact your bank for more details.
